This community is for those people that are on a journey of HEALTHY weightloss that is more than 20 or 30 pounds. If you have under 50 pounds to lose, there are plenty of dieting support groups available for you to participate in. Please respect the fact that those participating in this community have a great deal of weight to overcome. Anyone found making derogatory comments will be asked to leave and/or be banned immediately. It is ok to disagree with a post, but it is not ok to degrade the poster. We are not here to insult each other, but to learn from each other and be a support system to a healthy life style and weightloss.

If you are on a journey to weightloss and you are eating less than 1000 calories, then you should seek medical advice to be sure you are dieting in a healthy way. If you are on this journey and you are eating under 10 fat grams a day, be sure to seek medical advice before continuing your diet. If you are on this journey and you are seeking to have no carbs in your diet at all, please contact someone for medical advice on your diet.

If you are not sure how to plan a healthy diet and lose weight, please be sure to ask questions. Not only can the medical community assist you, but there are people in this community that can also help with how to lose weight in a healthy manner.

Binging, purging, popping pills and not eating are not options when it comes to being on a healthy journey to weightloss. If you have chosen one of these as an option, you need to seek medical advice before continuing. The people in this community are not experts in these areas and should not be held accountable for giving advice or recommendations to issues in regards to these areas.

Be sure to introduce yourself when joining! Feel free to include any of the following: starting weight, current weight, goal weight, height, age, program followed, etc...

Mondays have been set as our official community weigh-in day. It is optional to participate in this, but if you do participate, please be sure to include your starting weight, current weight, and goal weight in your post. By participating, it makes it easier to encourage each other and find weightloss "buddies" of those that are the same weight-range as each other.

Recipes and healthy tips will be stored in the Memories area.
